Exchange Policy
We are committed to ensuring that the love you have for our products reflects the passion we pour into creating them for you.
However, we’d be happy to replace items if they are defective, have a size issue, or are damaged within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Please Note:
- SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.
- ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged/returned.
Return Policy
Our policy lasts for 3 days post-delivery. If 3 days have elapsed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact.
You will receive the refund through your original payment method. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer, which may take up to 15 working days to reflect in your account.

In the case of an exchange, your email should contain:
- Order ID
- Few Images or Videos of the ordered product at the time of opening the parcel.
- Link to the product that you want to exchange for.
In the case of a return, your email should contain:
- Order ID
- Few Images or Videos of the ordered product at the time of opening the parcel.
- Your Bank Account Number (for Refund in case of COD)
Reverse pickups are either arranged by us, or the customer will have to ship the parcel to us at the following address:

Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection, and if it passes through, we will process your request.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed.
